You are granted a non-exclusive, non transferable limited E Pin to access and use of the services provided by Site and the Materials from time to time made available to you. This includes:

B. No part of the Site or any Material appearing on the Site may be reproduced or stored in or transmitted or distributed in any way, without the express written permission of Revive Inc.
C. No Material appearing on the Site can be disseminated in any Form, either electronic or non-electronic.
D. In any case of failure of E-Pin, the comapny or its vendor does not have any responsibility.
E. In any case, the company finds that the E Pin is being re-sent to some other mobile, the company reserves the rights to delete that E Pin, and to take legal actions against the culprit.

3. CHARGES:

Revive Inc may at any time revise fees, at its discretion, for access to any Material appearing on the Site. Such fees may be charged either on a subscription basis or on a pay-per-view basis. Revive Inc reserves the right to terminate this facility and refuse access to the Site in its sole discretion.

4. DISCLAIMER

This Site provided by Revive Inc is on an “AS IS”; basis. Revive Inc does not give any warranty or other assurance of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation, quality or functionality of the Site, information, content, or Materials included on this Site. 7. JURISDICTION:

This Agreement is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai High Court and the laws of Republic of India shall be applicable.
